Account Executive Assistant, TPO

In this fully remote role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, partnering directly with Account Executives and management to streamline the loan lifecycle. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in loan processing, underwriting standards, and high-level broker relations while being mentored by industry veterans.

Your day-to-day will be anything but stagnant as you dive into the complexities of loan submission, ensuring every file meets our rigorous quality standards. You will act as a key point of contact for our broker partners, resolving issues and facilitating smooth, timely closings that keep our business moving forward. Beyond the technical side of finance, you will also play an active role in supporting our marketing initiatives and sales strategies. Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial calculations.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical standards and understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; progress toward CPA/CFA is a plus.
