Job Foundry Hub is a job discovery and career resource platform. We are not a recruitment agency and we are not a party to any employment agreement between you and any employer.

Job listings published on the Site are sourced from third-party employers, recruitment agencies, and aggregated job data. By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any job listing. Listings may be out of date, filled, or inaccurately described.
• We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any employer, recruiter, or third-party organisation whose listings appear on the Site.
• Any application you submit, interview you attend, or employment offer you receive is entirely between you and the relevant employer. We accept no liability for the outcome of any job application.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from reliance on job listing information published on the Site.
• Job descriptions, salary ranges, and experience requirements are provided for guidance only and may differ from the actual role offered by the employer.

4. User Representations

• We provide the Site and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, employer career pages, and external resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
