Step into a career that moves as fast as you do with Deckers Brands, the global powerhouse behind iconic labels like UGG. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and relationship-driven Account Executive to join our team in Chicago. This isn’t just a sales role; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of premium lifestyle footwear, manage key independent accounts, and drive meaningful business growth. If you are a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for fashion and a sharp analytical mind for finance and territory management, this is your chance to make your mark at a company that celebrates your authentic self and supports your professional evolution.

As our Chicago-based Account Executive, you will serve as the primary face of the UGG brand, balancing high-level relationship management with the financial rigor required to hit ambitious sales targets. You will dive deep into data to analyze market trends, manage inventory flows, and forecast opportunities that keep our products at the forefront of the independent retail channel. At Deckers, we believe that "Together, Every Step" is more than a slogan—it’s our commitment to your success. You will be mentored by industry leaders, given the autonomy to own your territory, and empowered to contribute to a culture that values innovation, inclusivity, and the pursuit of excellence in every step we take.
