At (MALIN+GOETZ), we believe that skincare should be uncomplicated, modern, and inclusive. As a founder-led, NYC-based lifestyle brand, we have redefined the beauty industry with our gender-neutral approach, blending trusted apothecary traditions with advanced technology. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to join our dynamic Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to pull back the curtain on a high-growth, international brand and gain hands-on experience in the fiscal operations that support our flagship locations, global e-commerce platform, and premium partnerships with world-class retailers like Nordstrom, Selfridges, and Liberty.

In this role, you will be more than just an intern; you will be an integral part of the team that ensures our financial health matches our aesthetic excellence. You will assist with essential account reconciliations, track performance metrics for our diverse distribution channels, and support our finance professionals in managing the complex logistics of our amenity partners and luxury hospitality accounts. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive individual who is eager to launch their career in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets commerce. If you are ready to immerse yourself in the business side of a global beauty powerhouse and contribute to the continued success of our expanding footprint, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial calculations.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and understanding of regulatory compliance.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; progress toward CPA/CFA is a plus.
