Assistant Coach/Director of Operations, Track & Field

In this dynamic role, you will work directly alongside our Head Coach to elevate athletic performance, execute high-level training sessions, and identify top-tier talent through strategic recruiting efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity for an emerging professional to gain hands-on experience within a premier Division I program while refining their coaching philosophy and operational expertise.

Beyond the track, you will serve as a vital mentor and advocate for our student-athletes, guiding them as they navigate the rigorous balance of academic excellence and athletic achievement. You will act as a key liaison between our coaching staff, academic counselors, and support coordinators, ensuring every team member has the resources and guidance needed to succeed both in competition and in the classroom.
