Korn Ferry is searching for an Associate Sourcing Recruiter in Austin, TX for a hybrid role 1-2 days onsite in Austin. This role is best suited for a Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience, ideally in I.T. or engineering recruitment. While priority will be given to Austin-based candidates, those in central time with the right sourcing background will be considered for remote. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
