Are you a high-energy professional ready to turn your passion for sports into a career that shapes the community? The City of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic, tech-forward Athletic Program Coordinator to help manage our premier citywide youth and adult athletic programs. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will oversee state-of-the-art facilities, coordinate major municipal projects, and utilize the latest sports management technologies to streamline operations and elevate the participant experience. If you are a recent graduate or early-career professional with a drive for operational excellence and a love for the game, this is your chance to make a lasting impact on Raleigh’s vibrant athletic landscape.

You will be the point person for a high-traffic environment, overseeing nine professional-grade fields that host 30 to 40 major local and national tournaments annually. With over 40,000 visitors passing through each year, you will master the art of logistical coordination, facility scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to leverage digital tools to optimize tournament workflows, ensuring that every athlete and spectator enjoys a world-class experience in the City of Raleigh.
