Business Development Manager – Ground Shoring

In this role, you will be the bridge between our game-changing engineering solutions and the heavyweights of the construction world, including Tier One and Tier Two contractors across the North and Midlands. We aren't looking for someone to just push products; we want a future leader who can understand the technical nuances of groundworking and translate them into value for our clients. You will receive comprehensive support and a competitive package, including a salary of £55,000–£60,000 and a guaranteed commission structure designed to reward your hustle from day one. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
