Are you ready to launch a high-impact career at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and financial strategy? ControlsJobs is thrilled to partner with an industry-leading building automation contractor that is redefining efficiency across Central Kansas. As a Controls Account Executive, you will step into a dynamic role where your ability to build relationships translates directly into real-world infrastructure improvements. This is not just a desk job; it is a fast-paced, field-oriented opportunity designed for ambitious professionals who want to master the art of the sale while working with facility managers, engineers, and visionary business owners to bring smart-building solutions to life.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is eager to take ownership of their territory and drive revenue growth in a booming sector. While you will enjoy the autonomy of a remote position, you will be fully backed by a company that values your professional development and physical well-being. With a competitive base salary of up to $85,000, a lucrative commission structure, and 100% paid medical benefits, this role provides the financial stability you need to focus on what you do best. If you have a passion for HVAC or BAS systems and the drive to excel in a consultative sales environment, we want to help you build a career that is as smart as the buildings you will represent.
