Coordinator - Football

You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive, inclusive environment where kids can develop their skills, build teamwork, and—most importantly—have fun on the field.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our football program, working closely with our Recreation Supervisor to plan, organize, and execute a comprehensive schedule that engages the entire Owatonna community. From mentoring volunteer coaches and coordinating with game officials to ensuring our program participants have an unforgettable experience, your work will directly impact the lives of local youth. If you are a natural communicator with a knack for logistics and a love for the game, we want you to help us build a championship-level experience for every player in our program.
