3 weeks, 2 days ago

At Good Culture, we believe that the secret to a perfect product lies in the details, and we are on a mission to achieve zero defects across our entire production line. As our Data & AI Analyst for the Quality Team, you will sit at the fascinating intersection of food safety, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. We are looking for a curious, tech-forward thinker who is ready to translate raw production data into actionable insights that protect our brand and ensure that every single cup we ship meets our gold-standard quality benchmarks. If you are passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and want to help us shape the future of clean, delicious dairy, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to bridge the gap between complex datasets and operational excellence. You will work closely with our Quality Systems Manager to build predictive models, streamline reporting processes, and identify trends that others might miss. While you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote environment—with a preference for candidates based in Wisconsin or Minnesota—you will also get the chance to step out from behind the screen for 5-15% travel, seeing the tangible results of your work firsthand in our production facilities. Join us at Good Culture, where your analytical skills will directly contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Strong mathematical background and analytical thinking.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is beneficial.
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
