Are you ready to turn complex information into a catalyst for human performance? LMI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Data Governance Specialist to join our mission-critical team supporting the U.S. Army’s Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) initiative. If you are a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for structured data and a desire to make a tangible impact on the well-being of our service members, this is your opportunity to build a career at the intersection of technology and mission success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional experts to define and enforce the policies that govern the lifecycle of critical health and fitness data, ensuring that every insight derived from our systems is backed by rigorous standards. This position is perfect for a creative thinker who enjoys solving puzzles and wants to grow within a culture that values innovation and excellence. Please note that this position requires an active security clearance, offering you the unique chance to work on sensitive, high-impact projects that directly support the future of Army readiness.
