Data & Analytics
1 week, 5 days ago

Are you ready to turn raw behavioral data into a roadmap for business growth? Eliassen Group is looking for a driven, analytical, and curious Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients approach their go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to take full ownership of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from framing complex business problems and validating messy datasets to deploying production-grade propensity-to-buy and lead-scoring models. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between technical modeling and real-world sales impact, this role offers the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and make a measurable difference.

In this remote-first position, you won't just be building models in a vacuum; you will be a strategic partner to our GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will dive deep into product usage analytics to uncover hidden signals that predict churn, identify expansion opportunities, and help sales teams prioritize their efforts with surgical precision. We are seeking a collaborative problem-solver who is eager to translate data-driven insights into actionable business outcomes. If you are a graduate or junior talent looking to jumpstart your career by tackling high-impact AI challenges in a fast-paced environment, we want to help you build your future at Eliassen Group.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
  • Strong mathematical background and analytical thinking.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is beneficial.
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
