Operating across five stunning sites in Devon, this role is perfect for a motivated graduate or early-career professional who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of rescued horses and ponies. You won’t just be working behind a desk; you will be the boots-on-the-ground guardian of our sanctuaries, ensuring our facilities provide the safe, nurturing environment our rescued residents need to thrive.

In this dynamic, full-time role, you will be at the heart of our mission, blending estate maintenance with the unique challenges of equine care. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a company vehicle and a paid fuel card to help you navigate between our beautiful Devon locations. While the work requires a flexible approach—including occasional weekends—you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £31,650 and the unparalleled satisfaction of knowing your hard work directly contributes to the rehabilitation and recovery of animals who have overcome neglect and trauma.
