Founding Senior HR Generalist / People Operations Lead

As the first dedicated HR hire for this Series A innovator, you won’t just be following a playbook—you’ll be writing it. This is a rare, greenfield opportunity to design scalable people processes, champion team development, and directly influence the trajectory of a company currently scaling from 11 to 50 employees.

We are looking for a high-impact professional with 4–6 years of experience who thrives in an in-person, collaborative environment and is eager to take full ownership of the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, bridging the gap between strategic vision and day-to-day execution. We offer a competitive salary of $160,000–$185,000 plus equity, providing you with a significant stake in our collective success.
