GIS Data Scientist

As a key member of our remote team, you will flex your technical muscles by leveraging Python’s powerful geospatial libraries like GeoPandas, Rasterio, and Shapely to build sophisticated models. You will become a master of location intelligence by managing spatial databases in PostgreSQL and PostGIS, while utilizing industry-standard tools like QGIS or ArcGIS to bring data to life. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive environment. Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
• Strong mathematical background and analytical thinking.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is beneficial.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
