Graphic Design Lead

We are kicking off this journey with an initial three-month, full-time contract, designed as a launchpad for the right candidate to potentially transition into a permanent, long-term role within our growing design department. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
