Background Field has entered its next phase of growth. In June, Ofgem selected 16 long-duration energy storage projects to progress to delivery - Field was awarded 5 of them. Collectively, these projects represent roughly double the MWh capacity of all battery storage installed in the UK to date. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
