Are you ready to architect the future of a brand that is revolutionizing how children learn? At Hadley Designs, we are on a mission to prove that the most powerful educational tools are the ones that spark curiosity, joy, and screen-free discovery. As our Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you won’t just be filling roles; you will be the primary curator of our culture, scouting the visionary talent needed to sustain our rapid growth and bring our mission-driven products to families and classrooms worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to shape the DNA of a fast-growing, family-founded company where your strategic influence will be felt in every desk, shelf, and home we reach.

We are looking for a bold, empathetic, and forward-thinking leader who thrives on building high-performing teams from the ground up. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, designing innovative strategies to attract world-class design and business talent while fostering an inclusive, candidate-centric experience. We value fresh perspectives and high-energy problem solvers who are eager to make an immediate impact. If you are a natural connector with a passion for design-led growth and are ready to take full ownership of our global hiring roadmap, we want to hear from you. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early to help us build the next chapter of Hadley Designs.
