In this remote-first role, you will be the face of APV, designing the strategic outreach and engagement journeys that bring our innovative platforms to new health centers. You will collaborate with our Emerging Technology Lab to ensure that our recruitment workflows are as intuitive and sophisticated as the chatbots and data architectures we produce. We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking graduate who is eager to blend analytical thinking with empathetic communication. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
