Whether you are managing administrative workflows, assisting with employee inquiries, or utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Office to streamline our processes, you will be a cornerstone of our team’s success. If you possess a high school diploma or GED—with an Associate’s degree preferred—and bring at least two years of experience in HR or customer-focused roles, we want to help you grow your career at Textron.
