HRIS Analyst II

As an HRIS Analyst II, you will take ownership of our core systems, ensuring data integrity, streamlining operational processes, and spearheading system enhancements that drive efficiency. We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, and brings at least two years of progressive experience in HR systems or operations. Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
• Strong mathematical background and analytical thinking.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is beneficial.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
