We are looking for a proactive communicator who is ready to take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, leverage innovative design and outreach strategies to attract candidates, and streamline the transition process for every new team member. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
