Inside Sales Representative

PURPOSESupport IBT West-Magnum Industrial Distribution customers with sales, application, and pricing and proposal assistance while developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with IBT West-Magnum Industrial Distribution vendors who are essential to meet branch and customer needs, and are consistent with current marketing plans and corporate goals. Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and drive.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and CRM management.
• Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
