As a Locum Recruiter, you will take ownership of the vendor management process, ensuring that every Physician and CRNA we place has an exceptional experience from their first introduction to their final shift. You will work proactively to expand our network, partnering with agencies to source high-quality talent while providing white-glove service to our Hospital Chiefs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves solving logistical puzzles, and wants to make a tangible difference in patient care by ensuring our clinical teams are always fully supported. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
