1 week, 2 days ago

Are you a visual storyteller ready to turn complex B2B concepts into high-octane motion graphics? Directive is on the hunt for a creative, detail-oriented Motion & Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help us redefine how the world’s most ambitious brands communicate. As a leader in performance-based marketing, we don’t just create pretty visuals; we craft design systems that drive real revenue. If you are a recent graduate or early-career creative looking to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your chance to make a massive impact on the visual identity of industry-disrupting companies.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our creative output, bridging the gap between static brand identity and dynamic motion content. You will get to flex your design muscles across our Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions, working alongside world-class strategists to bring campaigns to life. We value fresh perspectives, technical curiosity, and the drive to push boundaries. If you are eager to learn, ready to collaborate across a fully remote US team, and excited to build a portfolio that stands out in a crowded market, we want to hear from you—let’s build something incredible together.
