Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

Job Responsiblities: Location, Brazil (Remote) Accountable for timely and quality execution of LDC OCM methodology and deliverables into ACC region Builds out OCM Level 3 plan Provide weekly status reports on OCM deliverables against roadmap Manages ACC level OCM risks and mitigating actions. Supports countries to identify/mitigate local change risks Works closely with Americas Region OCM team Global OCM team
