At IVitamin, we are on a mission to redefine wellness, one drip at a time. As a rapidly expanding leader in the IV hydration and clinical care space, we pride ourselves on blending medical precision with high-end hospitality. We are looking for a vibrant, people-first Part-Time Recruiter & HR Coordinator to join our remote team and act as the heartbeat of our talent acquisition strategy. If you are a natural connector who loves the intersection of design, culture, and human potential, this is your chance to shape the team that powers our wellness revolution.

In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for top-tier talent, curating an unforgettable candidate journey while managing the essential HR touchpoints that keep our internal operations seamless. This is an ideal launchpad for a recent graduate or a budding professional eager to gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and organizational culture. You will have the creative freedom to help us design processes that reflect our brand’s wellness-focused ethos, ensuring that every new hire feels the IVitamin difference from their very first interaction.

We believe that building a great company starts with hiring great people, and we want you to be the architect of that growth. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to identify the skills we need, craft compelling job narratives, and streamline the onboarding experience for our growing clinical family. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping people feel their best—both as patients and as employees—we would love to welcome you to the IVitamin team.
