At Concert Health, we are on a mission to redefine the standard of behavioral health by seamlessly integrating world-class care into the primary care settings where patients feel most comfortable. We believe that high-quality mental health support shouldn't be a privilege, but a universal standard. As our People Operations & Learning Design Specialist, you won't just be an administrator; you will be the architect of our internal culture, crafting the educational journeys that empower our team to deliver life-changing care to thousands of patients across the nation.

This is a unique opportunity for a creative thinker to blend organizational strategy with instructional design. In this role, you will help design, build, and scale the onboarding and professional development programs that define the Concert Health experience. You will translate complex clinical workflows into engaging, accessible learning materials, ensuring our team is always equipped with the tools they need to thrive. If you are a graduate or early-career professional with a passion for human-centric design, a knack for simplifying the complex, and a drive to make a tangible impact in healthcare, we want you to help us build the future of behavioral health.
