Principal Data Scientist — Remote AI & Strategy Leader (Boston)

Gradient AI is hiring a Principal Data Scientist to lead complex modelling and analytical initiatives at scale. You will set modelling strategy, drive novel work, and raise technical standards across the organization. You will apply deep learning, NLP, and traditional data science techniques, building hybrid models with strong business impact while guiding teams and stakeholders through results. J-18808-Ljbffr

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).

• Ability to derive actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
• Strong mathematical background and analytical thinking.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is beneficial.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
