Principal Software Engineer

Principal Software Engineer remote I'm looking for someone with strong technical expertise in Java, SQL, Spring Boot, and React, along with hands-on experience using Claude. Ideally, this person should also demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide and mentor engineering teams in the right direction. Assessment: "CO - Principal Engineer - HP" (Java 30%, Spring Boot 30%, SQL 20%, React 20%)

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
