We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Production Line Supervisor to join our Blue Shift team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our high-quality standards are met while supporting a talented team of colleagues across our dynamic manufacturing site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or an early-career professional to step into a role that combines operational oversight with people management. You will be at the heart of the action, coordinating workflows and driving efficiency during our 6am to 6pm shifts (working a rotating pattern of Sun-Tues and Sun-Weds).
