Are you ready to launch a high-impact career at the intersection of luxury hospitality and financial strategy? At Rise Collective, we are redefining the premium vacation rental experience through our flagship brand, Home Team Luxury Rentals. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Property Management Account Executive to join our Finance team in a fully remote capacity. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience managing the financial health of an elite portfolio of properties, all while working within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment that values bold ideas and meticulous attention to detail.

In this role, you will serve as the financial heartbeat of our luxury property operations, bridging the gap between high-end guest experiences and bottom-line success. You will be responsible for monitoring revenue performance, managing owner reporting, and ensuring that our financial processes reflect the premium quality of the homes we represent. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for numbers, a passion for the travel industry, and the drive to help us scale our national footprint. If you are a proactive communicator who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to grow alongside a company that is setting the standard for luxury rentals, we invite you to build your future with the Rise Collective team.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and understanding of regulatory compliance.
