As a Recruiter in our Design department, you will be the face of our organization, crafting compelling narratives to attract passionate field staff who are ready to advocate for causes that matter. You’ll be tasked with reimagining how we source, engage, and onboard our canvassing teams, ensuring that every person we hire is equipped to drive lasting social change. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
