As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between industry-leading companies and the best talent in the market, mastering the art of the deal while building a professional network that spans the continent. We offer a competitive base salary of £28,000, but our uncapped commission structure is where the real potential lies—high performers are on track to earn £40,000–£45,000 in their first year, with the realistic potential to break into six-figure earnings by year two. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
