Overview: Join our Recruitment Hub Team, who run full-scale recruitment for multiple campaign offices across the country! We post ads, vet candidate applications, and interview candidates for in-person canvass roles. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
