Remote Associate Director, Biologics Business Development

Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development for the Integrated Biologics Division. This role is fully remote with preference for East Coast proximity (MA) and up to 50% travel. You will drive new business growth across Early Development, Mammalian Manufacturing, and Drug Product capabilities, establishing strategic customer relationships and executing a territory growth plan in the US Northeast. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
