Remote NA Business Development Leader, IVD & Life Sciences

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development - North America to lead profitable growth across the region. This role will set the NA commercial strategy, develop regional leaders, and manage priority accounts from discovery to award. The candidate will personally originate, shape, and close high-value opportunities, while coaching the team and maintaining an active pipeline. Remote role with preference near Chicago, US. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
