Remote Principal UX Designer — Unreal Game UI Leader

Believer is hiring a remote Principal UX Designer to lead the end-to-end UX for upcoming titles. You’ll deliver compelling UI/UX in Unreal Engine 5 and work closely with engineers to ensure implementation matches the UX intent. With 10 years in UX/UI, you will set standards, mentor other designers, and drive the craft of UX across the team. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
