Remote Software Engineering Manager - Data Pipelines & GenAI (Town of Brookfield)

Milliman IntelliScript in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering for the Data Curation team. You will lead engineers, set technical direction, and deliver secure, scalable backend services and data pipelines powering Insurtech products. You will collaborate with Product Management and Architecture, drive modernization within SAFe, and advance GenAI-enabled development practices while maintaining security and compliance across systems. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
