Retail Sales Designer

We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Hayes Showroom! You’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs and managing the end-to-end Wren journey. Kitchen or Bedroom Design experience is not essential, just a target driven, pro-active approach. This role offers 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k. Design is at the heart of our user experience. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and highly functional interfaces. We are looking for designers who are passionate about user-centric design and aren't afraid to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
