Rider Onboarding Associate - Birmingham (6 Months FTC)

In this role, you will be at the heart of our marketplace operations, ensuring our rider community is set up for success from day one. You will guide new riders through the onboarding process, manage documentation, and provide the essential support needed to maintain our high standards of service. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience. Please note that this is an urgent hire, with interviews scheduled at our London HQ within the next two weeks—don't worry, we will cover all travel costs for those joining us from outside the city.
