Are you ready to redefine how a global financial powerhouse builds software? At Citigroup, our Developer Enablement team acts as the engine room for innovation, functioning like a high-velocity startup nestled within the heart of our CTO organization. We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking engineer who is passionate about crafting elegant server-side solutions using Java and Kotlin. In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be architecting the very tools and automated pipelines that empower thousands of Citi developers to ship high-quality software faster and more reliably than ever before.

This is a unique opportunity to launch your career at the intersection of complex financial systems and modern engineering best practices. You will dive deep into the world of SDLC optimization and release automation, helping us eliminate friction and drive developer productivity across the bank. We value curiosity, rapid experimentation, and the grit to solve systemic challenges. If you are eager to sharpen your backend skills, master the art of CI/CD, and make a tangible impact on the technology stack of a global institution, we want you to join our mission of building the future of developer tooling.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
