In this dynamic, remote-based position, you will serve as the primary engine behind our workforce growth, managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions including corporate, project management, and accounting. We provide the autonomy you need to innovate your sourcing techniques and the support you need to succeed, all while offering a competitive base salary of $85,000–$110,000 plus a performance-based bonus. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
