Senior Software Engineer, Platform (Remote)

Map Ssg is searching for a visionary Senior Software Engineer to join our mission as one of our very first engineering hires. As we emerge from our seed stage, we are building the critical runtime control layer that allows regulated enterprises to deploy AI agents with absolute confidence. You will work directly alongside our CTO and founding team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our technical architecture, defining our engineering culture, and architecting the infrastructure that governs how AI agents interact with sensitive data, identities, and workflows. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
