Senior Software Simulation Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind our manufacturing processes, utilizing Discrete Event Simulation (DES) to build, test, and optimize sophisticated models in FlexSim. You will spend your first month immersing yourself in our culture with an exciting one-week onboarding trip to Normal, IL, where you will collaborate directly with our leading manufacturing experts. We are offering a competitive rate of $51–$52 per hour for this four-month engagement, with the potential for extension or a permanent transition for the right candidate. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.

• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
