Service Engineer I

As a Service Engineer I, you will be the frontline hero for our clients, providing hands-on support and technical solutions that keep businesses running smoothly. You will enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule based out of our Tukwila office, with opportunities to travel throughout the Greater Puget Sound area to work directly with our clients. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000–$70,000 per year, and because we value your time and dedication, this position is fully eligible for overtime compensation. Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
