Are you ready to write the code that shapes the future of mobility? At General Motors, we aren't just building cars; we are architecting the autonomous systems that will redefine how the world moves. As an early-career Software Engineer within our AV Software Validation team, you will step into a high-impact role where your technical curiosity meets real-world application. You will be at the forefront of safety and innovation, transforming complex validation strategies into robust, scalable software that rigorously tests and refines the behavior of our autonomous fleet. This is your opportunity to work alongside industry-leading experts to solve the most challenging problems in robotics and artificial intelligence.

In this hybrid-flexible role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical validation models and mission-critical production code. You will design, develop, and maintain the sophisticated tools and pipelines that allow us to analyze AV performance with precision and speed. We are looking for a motivated engineer who thrives in collaborative environments, embraces agile development, and is passionate about ensuring our autonomous systems are as safe as they are groundbreaking. If you are a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to leave a lasting mark on the automotive industry, we invite you to join us in accelerating the transition to a zero-crashes, zero-emissions, and zero-congestion future.
