At Asahi Kasei America, Inc., we believe that the future is built by those brave enough to innovate, and we are looking for a visionary leader to help us engineer that future. As our Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Manager, you will be at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and mission-critical operations, bridging the gap between development and infrastructure. We are searching for a fresh perspective—someone ready to challenge the status quo, optimize our digital ecosystems, and champion a culture of resilience across our Material, Homes, and Health Care sectors. This is a unique opportunity to shape the reliability standards of a global organization while mentoring a team dedicated to solving the complex technical puzzles of tomorrow.

If you are a tech-forward thinker with a passion for systems architecture and a heart for collaborative leadership, you belong here. We don’t just want someone to manage code; we want a catalyst who can empower our engineering teams to build, deploy, and maintain robust systems that improve lives around the world. As a graduate or early-career professional, you will be given the autonomy to implement modern SRE practices, influence our technical roadmap, and grow alongside a company committed to "Creating for Tomorrow." Join Asahi Kasei America, Inc., and turn your technical expertise into a global impact.
