At Xyzagen, we are redefining the boundaries of pharmaceutical research, and we are looking for a visionary leader to anchor our Bioanalysis division. As a Sr. Scientist or Manager, you will be the driving force behind our small and large molecule programs, bridging the gap between intricate bench-side assay development and high-level strategy. This is a rare opportunity to cultivate your technical expertise in immunoassay design while shaping the operational excellence of a fast-paced GxP environment. Whether you are refining complex analytical workflows or providing critical insights into pharmacokinetics and ADME, your work will directly accelerate the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.

We believe that true innovation happens when technical mastery meets bold leadership, which is why we are seeking a candidate ready to evolve from hands-on experimentation to mentorship and team management. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the rigorous quality standards our clients expect, overseeing everything from complex regulatory documentation to the professional growth of your team. If you are an ambitious scientist looking to translate your deep analytical background into a career that influences the future of drug development, Xyzagen offers the perfect platform to challenge your skills, expand your regulatory knowledge, and lead our Data & Analytics initiatives to new heights.
